"A Taste of South Mexico" text on black background, tagline "You are not dining out you are coming casa"

Nu’u is a love letter to Southern Mexico — a place where memory, fire, and flavour come together at the table.

Led by chef Manuel Díaz and drinks curator Diana Farrera, our kitchen is rooted in Oaxacan tradition and personal stories.

Manuel draws from the techniques passed down through his family — slow cooking, spice grinding, open fire — while Diana brings a thoughtful, soulful drinks program built on small-batch spirits and cultural connection.

Our menu is designed to be enjoyed like a familia: order a few dishes, pass them around, and try something new.

We cook with feeling — to nourish, to share, and to invite you into something meaningful. This is food to connect over. Food that stays with you.

We only want to say welcome to our casa and our familia
